Heather has been with Timber Ridge since 2013. She has worked with Life Care Services, the manager of Timber Ridge, for 15 years. As Executive Director of Timber Ridge, her role is focused on assuring resident satisfaction and managing the operation of this Life Plan community in a financially sound and efficient manner.
Kristen Van Hollebeke
Director of Administrative Services
Kristen has worked in the Senior Living industry for 10 years and has been serving Timber Ridge residents in Briarwood for the past five years as the Social Services & Admissions Coordinator and as the Residential Health Services Director. Kristen is now the Director of Administrative Services and supervises the IT staff and concierge services provided to Timber Ridge residents. She takes the lead for supporting the General and Administrative Office.
Director of Human Resources
Kathy has an extensive background in human resource management. Kathy is responsible for assuring that qualified and responsive staff are recruited and trained for the services they provide residents of Timber Ridge. Creating a supportive and high-expectation environment for staff, assures that residents’ expectations will be met by staff who enjoy working with residents, as well as having the opportunity for personal fulfillment and growth.
Director of Accounting
Cheryl has worked for Timber Ridge since 2014 and has 9 years of experience in Senior Living Accounting. Cheryl works with her department and the financial team at Life Care Services to assure the financial stability and strength of the community.
Jill has been with Timber Ridge since 2009 and has approximately 10 years of senior living management. Jill and her staff offer prospective residents a wealth of knowledge regarding senior housing options in the greater Seattle area. Jill views her responsibility as helping prospective residents and their advisers learn and understand their options, so they can select a Life Plan Community that offers both an enjoyable life style and comfortable financial fit.
Director of Community Life Services
Cindy has been with Timber Ridge since 2007, before the community’s opening. In her role, she is responsible for the coordination of social activities and events that are identified by residents of Timber Ridge. Communication is key to a successful and responsive program of multiple activities and topics. A newsletter and web based in-house digital network forms the base for this communication.
Director of Food and Beverage Services
Terry joined Timber Ridge in 2013, as the Executive Chef and was promoted to Director of Food and Beverage in 2016. The execution of both high quality service and culinary experience for residents, in multiple dining venues at Timber Ridge, requires professional experience and high energy. Terry is dedicated to achieving and exceeding residents’ expectations.
Director of Facilities
The Director of Facilities serves as the leadership for Plant Operations and Security and is responsible for all the systems that provide a comfortable and safe environment for Timber Ridge residents. The Director of Facilities is also responsible for insuring that all the residences, grounds and the Lodge are immaculately maintained and function flawlessly.
Director of Environmental Services
Diana has been with Timber Ridge since 2008 and has 24 years of experience in senior living. She started as the Supervisor of Environmental Services and was promoted to the Department Director in 2016. Timber Ridge residents enjoy weekly housekeeping and flat laundry services which, under Diana’s direction, are done expertly and responsively to residents’ wishes.
Administrator of Briarwood Health Center
Errin has been a licensed Washington Nursing Home Administrator since 2004. As the administrator of Briarwood, his role is to ensure the highest quality of care for residents who reside in assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing, whether temporarily or permanently. He is responsible for the implementation of HealthyLife® Services, a program that recognizes resident autonomy and prioritize excellent communication with residents and their families.
Director of Nursing Services
With 23 years of experience working in geriatrics, Jassy is dedicated to caring for people. Jassy first joined Timber Ridge in 2007, as the Director of Nursing Services of Briarwood, her responsibility is to ensure that the services provided comply with the highest standards of quality care and that Briarwood residents benefit from the training and guidance she provides her nursing staff.
Director of Residential Health Services/Wellness Navigator
The Director of Residential Health Services/Wellness Navigator serves as the knowledgeable “go to” person for assisting Timber Ridge residents with access to the appropriate levels of medical service offered at Timber Ridge or through the residents’ other health care providers. The Wellness Navigator assures that Timber Ridge residents are able to experience a seamless transition through the continuum of care, based on their individual needs and care plans.
