With over fifteen years of experience in the health care and senior housing industries, Scott is a trusted name in the LCS family. Prior to accepting the executive director position at Timber Ridge at Talus, Scott held the same position for LCS at Westminster Village in Spanish Fort, Alabama. He also held similar positions in Michigan, Maine and Virginia.

Before his career in senior housing, Scott obtained his B.S. in Health Care Administration and minor in Business Management from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. He also served four years in the United States Navy, touring aboard the aircraft carrier USS Theodore Roosevelt and later served six years in the Naval Reserves.

Scott stays active in the community, and most recently served as president of the Alabama Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (ALAHSA).

Margaret Gorham

Margaret joins Timber Ridge at Talus with 20 years of nursing experience. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from Seattle Pacific University in 1986 and has worked in a variety of settings including home health, acute care and long term care. Returning to college, she earned a Master’s Degree in Nursing in the Adult/ Older Adult pathway from the University of Washington in 2001. Margaret has a special interest in senior care, completing a full time rotation at Overlake Senior Clinic and several skilled nursing facilities while attending the University of Washington.

Prior to joining Timber Ridge, Margaret worked full time as an Adult Nurse Practitioner in a large multi specialty internal medicine clinic. She is a Board Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner.

Jodi Fleetwood

Jodi joins Timber Ridge at Talus with 10+ years of Human Resources experience. She spent the last couple of years at a large Bellevue-based international architectural firm. Prior to that, Jodi worked with AT&T Wireless and a number of Seattle law firms.

Jodi has a Bachelor Arts in English Literature from Ohio State University, in Columbus, Ohio and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification.

Heather Potter

Our Director of Administrative Services, Heather, recently relocated from Minnesota to join Timber Ridge at Talus. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Management from the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining Timber Ridge, Heather worked in several different healthcare settings, including orthopedics, home health, skilled nursing and assisted living.

Sharon Howell

Sharon began her career within the senior housing industry more than 25 years ago and has filled numerous positions along the way. Prior to relocating to Timber Ridge at Talus, Sharon spent 13 years with a large CCRC community in Arlington Heights, Illinois. During the community’s development her positions included: residency counselor, office manager, selections/move-in coordinator and marketing director.

Sharon graduated from Blackhawk College in Illinois.

Anita Danielson

Anita brings more than 25 years of design experience to Timber Ridge at Talus. Most recently, she served as creative director for a candle manufacturer serving many major retailers. She also worked as vice president/director of store design and visual merchandising for several well-known retailers throughout the country.

Anita earned her B.A. in Fine Arts/Graphic Design from Washington State University.
